No returns on any balloons
Option to add helium tank below. Each tank will fill 27 11" latex balloons. One tank will be needed for the bag of 25 balloons, two will be needed for the bag of 50 balloons, and 4 tanks will be needed for the bag of 100 balloons.
Options to add balloon weights and curling ribbon are also below. Each balloon weight holds approximately 12 balloons.
